Our Carpet Cleaning Process, Step by Step

Every carpet is different, so we always start by checking the fabric and condition before touching anything. Here's how a typical job runs.

Inspection and Prep

We look at the carpet type, identify any problem areas, and move small furniture out of the way. Nothing is rushed at this stage as proper prep makes everything else easier.

Pre-treatment of Stains and Traffic Areas

Heavy soiling and visible stains get a specialist pre-spray to loosen the dirt before the main clean. This is what separates a decent result from a great one.

Hot Water Extraction

We use a truck-mounted or portable hot water extraction machine. Hot water and a cleaning solution are injected deep into the fibres, then extracted immediately, pulling dirt, allergens, and residue with it.

Rinse and Speed Dry

A final rinse removes any cleaning agent residue. We then use air movers during larger jobs to speed up drying. Most carpets are dry within 2 to 4 hours.

Treated with an enzyme-based spotter before extraction. Works best when tackled fresh, but older stains often respond well too.
