How long will my carpets take to dry?

Most carpets are dry within 2 to 4 hours after hot water extraction. We use air movers on larger jobs to speed this up. You can walk on them straight away, but letting them dry completely before replacing heavy furniture is a good idea.

Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?

No, we move small to medium items as part of the job. We'd ask you to clear very large or fragile pieces beforehand, and we'll mention this when we confirm the booking.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use cleaning solutions that are safe once dry. We'll let you know the recommended time before letting children or pets back onto the carpet, which is usually 1 to 2 hours.

Can you remove old or set-in stains?

Many old stains can be significantly reduced or removed entirely. We'll always assess the stain type before starting and give you an honest view of what's likely. Some stains, particularly dyes or bleach marks, may not be fully removable.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We're usually able to fit jobs in within a few days. During busy periods it may be a little longer. If you need something urgently, mention it when you get in touch and we'll do our best.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. There is no call-out fee. You only pay for the work carried out, once the job is done.
